About me
I am an enthusiastic system administrator based in New Jersey, with a rich experience of over 4 years in technical support and system administration.
I do user administration, server administration, computer administration.
Throughout my years of experience as a technical support, I have developed many skills to help me troubleshoot, configure and manage most of the usual IT issues and requests.
I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of IT like system administration, creating accounts on active directory, assigning and managing licenses on O365, deploying and configuring computers, and all the typical help desk support tasks. In my free time I like to work on my personal server to keep expanding my knowledge and also make my live easier and secure when at home.
What I do
From supporting hundreds of users, deploying and configuring devices, troubleshooting computer issues, and server administration. In my free time I like to find ways to improve my skills and learn new things.
Server administration
I have a personal server where I deployed and configured proxmox hypervisor, active directory, enterprise level monitoring tool for servers, managed group policies. In the past I have managed patching a server with the supervision of the server administrator.
Troubleshooting
My IT life/career have thought me how to troubleshoot and type of issues. My most effective way of troubleshooting when I cannot figure something out is taking a break then trying again until I get it right.
User administration
If you are looking for a person that can create accounts and manage licenses in a timely manner, if you need someone to solve user account issues and configuration, I am well trained to to accomplish such tasks efficiently.

I was responsible for the planning and deployment of all new IT equipment of the office. Here I was able to get the equipment and set it up withing a short deadline. I setup the network for the office, conference equipment and at the same time I was in charge of setting up new laptops for users. I can be considered the main point of contact for the US office for Nagarro.

Fast pace environment where I was getting around 10 to 15 tickets per day. Besides prioritizing between tickets, I also was in responsible for projects, and tasks with a limited deadline. Ticket issues varied from account password reset, to computer won't turn on, iPhone or Mac is not connecting to the internet, and lifecycle old computers. Here I learned to use SCCM and intune.
